Subject: File No. 4-637

February 3, 2013

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

The U S Supreme Court may have trouble distinguishing between citizens and corporations, but we don't expect our regulator of corporations to suffer that peculiar disability.

I strongly support the SEC issuing a rule in the near future that would require publicly traded corporations to disclose publicly all their spending (directly and through intermediaries) on political activities.

Corporations that violate public trust with secrecy are a danger to all of us.

I appreciate having you, to whom I may address my concerns.

Sincerely, Felix Prael, [address redacted]

Sincerely,

Felix Prael
