Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

An investors right to know where the money flows.
As an investor and stock holder, I feel that it should be compulsory for Corporate CEO's, and Board of Directors, to divulge to the investors just where the money we invest is being appropriated. If we as investors are paying for the political donations then it is our right (not just a privilege) to know what candidates and policies our investments are being spent on. Should we not have a right to weigh the pros an cons of the strategies and the use of our investment, and from a more precise picture decide if we want to support the strategist or invest elsewhere. Your support for disclosure of corporate political spending is applauded.

Therefore; I strongly support the SEC issuing a rule in the near future that would require publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their spending on political activities.

Both shareholders and the public deserve to know how much a given corporation spends on politics (directly and through intermediaries), and which candidates are being promoted or attacked.

Thank you for considering my comment.
Best Regards,
G Whipple

Sincerely,

Georjean Whipple
