Subject: File No. 4-637

May 9, 2015

Please do your duty to protect investors and promote the public interest by issuing a rule requiring disclosure of political contributions by publicly traded companies.

I'm not saying you should make companies stop bribing "our" elected officials, just that they should let their stockholders know who they're bribing and how much they're giving.

Please place a rule on the unified agenda by the end of May 2015 that will require disclosure of political spending, as laid out in file number 4-637.

When a corporate lobbyist comes to Congress and has politicians licking his redacted, and an actual Working American flies in with letters for all Members of Congress and gets arrested, you know our country is in bad shape.

Please try to be part of the solution, not part of the problem.

Thanx!
