I strongly request the Securities and Exchange Commission to return and complete the rule from the unified agenda that requires publicly traded corporations to disclose their political spending.

The undisclosed huge amounts of money spent on campaigning have greatly compromised citizens' ability to make sound decisions based on candidates' ideas and plans for how to best run our government. It has allowed more attacks on political opponent's ideologies and personal status resulting in divisiveness and unwillingness to compromise or find consensus as is evidenced in our politicians' struggles to pass needed legislation.

As an agency charged with looking out for the interests of investors,I believe it is our right to know how our retirement and investment funds are being used. Furthermore I believe such disclosures should be posted in a timely manner on the SEC's website.

Thank you for considering my comment.
