The influence of corporate money on our electoral process has taken away the Peoples right to elect candidates that will always vote in the best interest of the People of the United States of America, preserving Democracy for us all.

In particular, I am appalled of the Supreme Court’s ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, to allow publicly traded corporations to spend investor’s money on political activity while keeping it secret.

The Securities and Exchange Commission must issue a ruling to require publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all political spending.

Corporations spending on politics, and which candidates are being promoted or attacked must post the disclosure promptly on the SEC’s web site, allowing both shareholders and the public to be fully informed.

Do this for the People of the United States.

Thank you for considering my comment.
