I am outraged that the Securities and Exchange Commission has dropped the rule requiring publicly traded corporations to disclose their political spending from the unified agenda.

If truly representing We, the People, Rep. Scott Garrett (R-NJ)would have instead said, “We’re giving you an opportunity today to make a clear and emphatic statement that you will refuse to be bullied by these inside special monied interests that are trying to exploit the corporate disclosure process."
