The following Letter Type AE, or variations thereof, was submitted by individuals or entities.

Letter Type AE:

Dear U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Comments,

Following the attack on the U.S. Capitol Corporate America admitted that it is risky to be associated with insurrection. Shareholders deserve to know the full extent to which their company's political activity poses a risk to their business and our democracy.

The Securities and Exchange Commission should require publicly traded corporations to disclose their political spending. Please return the rule to the unified agenda and complete it as soon as possible.

Both shareholders and the public must be fully informed as to how much corporations spend on politics and which candidates are being promoted or attacked. Disclosures should be posted promptly on the SEC's web site.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
