As a shareholder in a number of companies, I am deeply disappointed that I cannot find out to where and how much is being spent on political where and how much these companies’ money is being spent to help elect politicians. As a citizen and consumer I also believe I should have access to such corporate spending.
Only then I determine if such expenditures require my continuance or discontinuance of my support as either a shareholder or consumer.
This information should be public and should be posted on the SEC web site.
