Subject: File No. 4-637

Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I am writing to urge the SEC to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending.

Both shareholders and the public must be fully informed as to how much the corporation spends on politics and which candidates are being promoted or attacked. Disclosures should be posted promptly on the SEC's web site.

Without this knowledge, I may be supporting corporations who use my money without my consent to work against my desires with their spending. If I am informed, I can choose not to support those corporations by spending my money elsewhere, ie, I do not shop at Walmart or use AT&T or Verizon  since I know they give money to political candidates whom I would never support.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Elizabeth Bonzo-Savage
