Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:
Secret spending by corporations is a threat to our country's system of democracy. There are virtually no enforceable controls on foreign expenditures through legitimate or shell US corporations.
It is in the best interests of stockholders as well as citizens to mandate disclosure of public spending.
