Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

February 2, 2013

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

Hidden money could be from foreign countries, friendly or not !! Shareholders of corporations have the right to know how and where money is spent. Individual people have the right to vote and donate, and the obligation to report political spending. However, shareholders cannot vote again as a single entity even though they are called " a person" !!! And many corporations have foreign investors who are not eligible to vote. Why should their business partners be considered "a person" ? Is a union "a person? A congregation? The KKK ?

No, no, no!!!

Our country should NOT allow secret political donations over $ 5000.00 for any entity !!!

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Vivian Peters
