Subject: Require disclosure of corporate spending in politics.

Securities and Exchange Commission

Dear Commission,

Even before the horrible Citizens United decision, corporations had wielded too much power in determining the results of elections. We need to reinforce the principles of one person, one vote. When corporations are given so much power that they don't even have to disclose how they give their donations, the one person, one vote principle is diluted. The result is wealthier donors co-opt the elections and influence the government more towards their own greedy interests rather than the interests of the country as a whole.

Sincerely,

Mike Groob
