Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:
Considering the tenor of much of the political advertising in the recent elections, I think it's imperative that corporations must disclose their donation information.
The public and the shareholders newewd to be able to make informed decisions on how money is being spent by the corporations. If corporations are funding questionable activities, the public can decide whether to support them either through purchasing power or investments.
So I strongly support the SEC issuing a rule in the near future that would require publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their spending on political activities.
Thank you for considering my comment.
Sincerely,
MICHAEL CHASE
