Subject: File No. 4-637

Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

Please do require publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose political spending.

I take serious objection to corporate CEOs or lobbyists using money not their own to support politicians, political advertising, and lobbying by contributions. I'm a stockholder in many corporations, either directly or through mutual funds, and object to their excessive influence on politics by the use of funds that belong to the corporation, not to them, without even disclosing to me or the public what political spending they are doing.

Disclosures should be routine and posted on your web site.

Thanks.
