Shareholders should be able to know how the management is spending money on political activities.  Openness can only help create a healthy relationship between shareholders and management.  Openness is also good for our democracy to eliminate the suspicions of who is giving money to political causes.  Even the Supreme Court thought openness is a good idea.

Improve corporate governance and pass the proposed rule that would require publicly traded corporations to inform their shareholders of funds expended on political activities.
