Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I am a small volume share holder, and I vote my proxies. I know that my votes don't count for much, but the fact that I cast them is part of the essence of capitalism. How can I make informed voting decisions if I do not know how the board of directors of the companies I own (my employees) behave? I must have information in order to cast meaningful votes.

As my protectors it is your job to make sure that the executives (who are HIRED by the shareholders) do their jobs honestly and are held accountable to their employers. Disclosure of political spending is a HUGE part of that.

Thank you for reading my comment.

Sincerely,

Tim McClennen
