Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

February 12, 2013

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I'm greatly disturbed that the use of corporate money in election campaigns has become abuse. At the height of election season, I have to turn off my TV (and radio!) to get away from the harassing barage of negative ads, one after another after another. Lies, twisted half-truths, deceptions ... it doesn't speak well of our country. So I strongly support the SEC issuing a rule in the near future that would require publicly traded corporations to publicly dislose political contributions.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Lee Bowman
