Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

November 26, 2012

Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I am writing to urge the SEC to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending.

It is appalling enough that Super Pacs can throw millions & billions of dollars at one candidate or another, and use said money for twisted, libelous, venal ads against the opposition. Politics is nasty enough in every-day life without billionaires as well as huge corporations taking a role in what is essentially the BUYING of elections! America was not founded that way, not is it framed to act that way. Let's put an end to it now!

Both shareholders and the public must be fully informed as to how much the corporation spends on politics and which candidates are being promoted or attacked. Disclosures should be posted promptly on the SEC's web site.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

C A King
