Dear Commission,
Democracy will fall to oligarchy in the US if moneyed interests continue to influence elections by secretly spending vast amounts of money in support of their favored candidates. Unfortunately some candidates appear to value money support over the basic needs of democratic governance. It would be an advantage for democracy if the SEC would exercise itsr regulatory authority to require public disclosure of corporate political contributions.
