Securities and Exchange Comm.
Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,
Shareholders should have a right to know how companies are investing their money. Prospective buyers of stock need that information also.
I urge the SEC to approve rules requiring public disclosure of political spending by publicly-held companies.
Surely it is the SEC’s responsibility to make sure that companies provide investors with the information one needs to make competent decisions about investing.
Sincerely,
Mary Francis
