Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,
Please publish and enforce rules that require immediate disclosure, preferably in publicly accessible internet files, of political spending by publicly-held companies. There is no other antidote to the unfortunate ruling in the Citizens United decision. The disclosure should state the amount of money, to whom it was given, and the purpose or intended result of the gift.
