Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,
I’m writing to urge the commission’s action to address the enforcing of disclosure of where funds are spent and from whom the funds come from. It was a sad day three years ago when this piece of legislation was aired to the people of the United States. Perhaps the SEC can exert some measures to improve this black hole created by a partisan and short-sighted court. Please?
