Securities and Exchange Comm.

Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,

The commissions should adopt rules requiring public disclosure of political spending by publicly-held companies. This would enable shareholders to know how companies in which they are investing are using their funds. To help ensure a more informed electorate, shareholders should be informed of any company funds that are being used to support the adoption of any legislation, approval of regulatory changes, or any other issue position advocated by a political party or advocacy group.

Thanks for listening.

Sincerely,

Philip Cox
