Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

November 26, 2012

Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I am writing to urge the SEC to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending.

As the events and activities of this last election have shown, the Citizen's United ruling while Constitutionally sound according to existing law, has generated a system of protected public bribery.. It brings us back to the behavior that was prevalent during he days of the Robber Barons and must be changed. Some of that change requires an act of Congress redefining the rules under which a Corporate charter is issued but the SEC can, at the least, issue rules requiring that major donations be public information.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Charlie Jensen
