Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

I have become very alarmed at the way corporations use tax-exempt front groups to "launder" their money...avoiding disclosure of who is paying for often-misleading political advertising. These ads and messages increase corporate profits and concentrate wealth at the top, often at the direct cost to the public well-being. This is nothing less than an undermining of democracy. Democracy, after all, absolutely requires that people have access to high-quality, fully sourced, and accurate information.

The SEC must act in the public interest to counteract the disastrous Citizens United ruling. Please close the "dark money" loopholes, and require full disclosure.

Thank you.
