Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

January 8, 2013

I am writing to urge the Securities and Exchange Commission to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending – and to do so this year.

As a citizen of the US, I SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW to what entities publicly traded corporations are giving (my) money to influence elections.

It absolutely is NOT FAIR that these corporations are NOT HELD PUBLICLY RESPONSIBLE - FOR the kinds of POLITICAL CHOICES they are making with MY MONEY!

i URGE YOU TO CLEAN THIS MESS UP BY INSISTING ON PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY.

Thank you.
