Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I ask that you impose a rule to disclose the political spending made by publicly-traded companes.

Shareholders deserve to be fully informed regarding the political spending made by companies within their portfolio. Such disclosure should be sufficiently explicit (must include candidate or organizational names) to enable informed investment decisions. The mechanics of the disclosures should be such that reviewing this information is straightforward and prompt.

Thanks very much for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Frank Glass
