Dear Commission,

It is unfortunate that term limits for senators and electoral financial reform is left in the hands of the very same senators who are benifiting from the status quo. Criminal really. So many have whored themselves out to corporate sponsorship that our very country is at stake. These people are not patriots despite wrapping themselves in the colors. These people are self serving parasites that need to be thrown from office. Any window over three stories would suffice and in my opinion be perfectly justified. The right is actually boasting of sabotaging the recovery on the perverse notion that they can blame it on the president and somehow make themselves look like a better alternative. Unfortunately, the American people seem all too ready to buy into the lies and half truths because of the emotional attachments that the two parties ply with sound bytes. If these problems are not dealt with, I am afraid that our democracy may be doomed. Leaving reform up to the criminals who run the show is not acceptable, yet real thinking Americans have chosen apathy rather than action. Too bad, it was a wonderful experiment while it lasted. A great experiment even. It looks as if it is about to fail ...

Sincerely,

Burke Hilliard
