The recent trading activity in the common stock of Radient Pharmaceuticals (RPC) is clearly an example of the reason for the implementation of Rule 4-627. The stock is evidently being manipulated by short sellers. I strongly recommend someone investigate the trading activity of this stock over the past six months. I strongly support this rule.
