I am 100% FOR shining the spotlight on naked short selling activities. I've watched too many small companies that I really believed in, slowly go down in share price to nothing. I'm a fairly experienced trader/investor and I strongly suspect much of this was about naked shorts. But how the hell can we know if there's not fair disclosure???
It's high time to even out the investment playing field for the little guy/gal. I want to see naked short selling made illegal or at least highly regulated with much greater transparency.
