If I buy a stock sell in the same day I get into trouble with Merrill Lynch, yet if the big brokers do it it's ok
Wrong is wrong selling something you don't own is Wrong
All this naked short selling is what's tearing down the stock market, Stock manipulation is a serious problem. It's doing more damage to our retirement then our stupid government spending.
