Shorting needs to be better monitored.
Naked shorting needs to be prosecuted.
CVM (Cel-SCI) has evidence of insider trading/shorting, has presented it in current case in court, in defense against IMF (Iroquois, New York company), and Feds need to subpoena said said evidence.
These activities are destroying good companies, and deteriorating investor appetite.
