Brokerage houses should not be alloew to loan any stock but their own tobe shorted also naked shorting should never be allowed and if done should have a minimum prison time. How can you loan something that you don't have or own without it being fraud.
I am so tired of being ripped of by the crooks and government. When the government allows this to go on it makes them as guilty as the crooks themselves I and other small investers put our hard earned money in these makets only to be stolen and then the government turns a blind eye to it. Points in case. Pan American , MCI ,Kmart just to name a few that I have had my money stolen from me and thousands of other people.Never to be made whole again.I wish we had china running our stock markets then these crooks would go to jail or be put to death.
So do the right thing and Enforce the LAWS i WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TESTIFY BEFORE CONGRESS
