Please do not force money markets to break the buck! Our monthly pension checks are invested automatically in a US Treasury MM. We then write checks and transfer money to other investments etc. Forcing this money market to act like a short term bond fund will cause us tax reporting problems we don't want - otherwise we would have used a short term bond fund in the first place!
