I represent 450 hard-working Americans as a financial representative. We work to solve their long-term goals and dreams by offering comprehensive financial services. The proposed fiduciary standard would increase the cost of delivering these services, thus reducing the availability of services to many of my clients. The increase regulatory scrutiny will also increase litigation, cost of delivery, and ultimately hurt the consumer. Please DO NOT impose a fiduciary standard, as there are already enough regulations in place to protect the consumer.
