-I believe the broker and advisors should have the same citeria and commitments to their investors. In fact, I believe they both must include their rating (assuming a radical approach of creating a "fair rating" process for those in these two categories) on their business materials: contracts, glossy collateral materials, advertisements, and all correspondence with investors.
