As a registered Rep for a large insurance company, i know first hand the amount of regulation already set upon the agent and reps of companies. There is nothing that the SEC can put into place that will keep the few bad apples from getting in the basket. It is like locks on cars, no atter how advanced the system, someone will still learn to break it. Please do not add more regulations to our system. No matter what you do, someone will still break the rules. If you want to make the system better, punish the ones that do break the rules. Let us that are legal stay that way without having to be worried about getting in trouble with all the different boards that regulate us. Trust me, you are not the only regulatory board we have to deal with. More rules do not equal better results.
