Dear Sirs, I believe that Registered Reps should be excluded from this new proposal, As a producer with New York Life I am allready required to maintain the highest standards in the industry. This law would cause more confusion and be very costly to individual agents. The change for the financial industry should focus on the stock market and all of the sytems it has, not individual Registered Reps
