Should brokers and dealers have fiduciary duty to their customers? Of COURSE they should. Amazing, isn't it, that we need the SEC to tell them this?
And --how do we think we got ourselves into this economic mess we're in? Irresponsibility of dealers and brokers, who acted in their own best interests (and should really all be sitting in prison right now ....) and an ex-president with far too much larceny in his soul.
