Please do not pass any further regulation or fiduciary responsibilities on registered reps. I already have two visits a year by compliance on routine basis and the cost of further scrutny does not help consumers but costs them in passed-along costs. It reduces time available for reps to get educated and help clients as well.
Further regulation helps no one given the system in place now.
