Please reconsider the restrictions you are considering placing on Registered Representatives/agents. The fiducary responsibility will have devastating effects on the entire industry. The only winners will be the attorneys that will handle all the law suits that this bill will generate. Lets spend ore time getting the economy up and going and less time adding restrictions that do not solve the underlying problem. This has been ill conceived, with no follow through on the long term ramifications. If your mission is to destroy another industry in this great country, then by all means continue on this course. As a 24 year military veteran I am very upset with the extremely short-sighted management horizon this administration has taken. It is imperative that the SEC reconsider their position on this before it is too late
