There is no need for additional regulations. Such additional regulations will no doubt create increased EO coverages costs due to the lawyers having a field day with a lawsuit every time a person thinks that they should have had a greater return on their products. The suitability standards that are currently in place are sufficient. Current compliance requirements are sufficient.

There is a difference between regulation and over -regulation and this would definately be over-regulation.
