To whom it may concern,
I feel the imposing legislation regarding my fiduciary role to my clients is outragious. I understand the necessity for more regulation, however this leaves those in my profession at a serious threat for legal reprocussions. How, as a new agent, am I expected to gain the expertise necessary to grow into a professional how can take on a fiduciary role without working to simply present options on an initial end of things. It is not my job to make decisions for my client, but to present them with options and educate them enough to make their own. This will be a great hinderance to new individuals in this field who do a lot of good for people.
