I would strongly encourage you to decline this proposal. We in the industry are regulated significantly and it produces very good results in our business activities our compliance officer is very good about annual unnannounced reviews, firm-element events, and regular review of our compliance which enhance my own understanding of acceptable business practices as well as protecting our brand as a company and industry. Duplicating or multiplying these standards would add cost to everyone as well as time spent complying which would ultimately harm the good relationships we foster with our clients. It would be harmful to everyone.
