I think our government regulators should stop punishing and making it more difficult for all of us honest advisers in the field to serve our clients and make a decent living.We are not a bunch of "Rogue Bernies" out here running around making false promises and creating Ponzi schemes. Enforce the laws,rules and regulations currently in place.The only group that will profit from this are the lawyers.Not the public,not the clients,not the advisers. Capitalism is not perfect but it has worked for hundreds of years.Lets hope there are a few hundreds of years left.
