I feel like we are Regulated enough as registered representatives and that the processes that are in place are designed to protect our clients for their furture and the requirements that are impossed on us are great enough. We have yearly requirements that we must meet and also requirements every 3 yrs that we must meet. I already have to maintain two licenses to keep my job. I think that the buracracy that is coming out of the government is in the Dodd-Frank Act has no idea of what is already involved and that if they even attempted to do the job we do they would stop and give up
