I urge the banishment of two recent practices:

-sub penny trading (or "price improvement" - hee, hee)

-and the practice of exchanges selling/renting the physical space next to their own servers to supercomputer users/hedge funds in order for those groups of investors to jump ahead and/or move out of the way -by microseconds -of the rest of the investing public. This practice is outrageous and must stop.
