I feel that "naked short selling" is abused and happends on a daily basis, it has no other reason to exist other than to manipulate stock prices downward, the perpetrators are stealing money from shareholders and giving nothing back in return, they are turning the stock market into a scam. I feel sinovac (sva) has been manipulated down. The reinstatment of the uptick rule would help prevent the mob mentality that short sellers have..
