We almost all have cell phones with text, and most have Blackberrys (with both e-mail and messenger) OR I-Phones. Has the SEC ever checked the possibility of groups of brokers or even large groups of individuals (e-mail distribution lists) using this technology for mass speculation, short selling or other abuses? This is a savy generation always looking for the quick buck or a way around the rules.
