Is the SEC ever going to do anything about naked short selling. Or the uptick rule. This has to be addressed as these are the tools of the HEDGE funds to steal from the common investor.
I thought there was going to be a decision on reinstating the uptick rule last year, but this never happened. what is going on at the SEC.
